Human EVL ELISA Kit (HUFI07938)

This colorimetric immunoassay kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human Ena/VASP-like protein (EVL) in research specimens. EVL is a cytoskeletal regulator from the Ena/VASP family that controls actin filament elongation, focal adhesion dynamics, and directed cell motility. It is studied extensively in leukocyte chemotaxis, megakaryocyte maturation, platelet formation, T-cell receptor signaling, and the invasive behavior of certain leukemias and solid tumors.

The assay workflow uses a pre-coated microplate and matched antibody pairs; users add standards and samples, incubate, wash, and develop a colorimetric signal that is read on a standard plate reader, with concentrations interpolated against the included standard curve.
