Human Eukaryotic Translation Elongation Factor 1 Gamma (EEF1g) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human EEF1g ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1 gamma (EEF1G), a multifunctional subunit of the elongation factor-1 complex that possesses glutathione S-transferase homology and participates in cytoskeletal regulation and heat shock response.

EEF1g has been investigated as a biomarker in hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer, and studies of viral host-cell translation reprogramming, supporting oncology, cell biology, and infectious disease research workflows. The kit is intended for research use only and is suited to laboratories profiling translation-factor expression in patient-derived tissue samples and cultured cell models.
