Human ETRB/Endothelin B Receptor ELISA Kit

The assay has a stated sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL, using a colorimetric detection method. Reported linearity across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 (n=5) ranges from 82-102% depending on matrix and dilution. Recovery ranges are 85-104% (average 93%) for serum, 87-105% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-100% (average 95%) for heparin plasma. The procedure follows a standard sandwich ELISA workflow with biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB substrate development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
