Endothelin Receptor Type A (ETA/ETRA) is a G-protein coupled receptor that binds endothelin-1 and mediates potent vasoconstriction in vascular smooth muscle. Because of its central role in cardiovascular disease, pulmonary hypertension, and oncology signalling studies, ETRA expression is widely profiled in translational research and biomarker screening programmes. This chemiluminescence immunoassay from Assay Genie delivers an extended dynamic range and a lower limit of detection than conventional colorimetric ELISA, while running on a standard 96-well microplate read on any compatible luminometer. The kit is validated for quantitative measurement in human serum, plasma, and other biological fluids, supporting in vitro research workflows. Each box contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilised standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, wash buffer, and assay diluent sufficient for 96 determinations. The recommended sample volume is 100 µl per well, with a total assay runtime of approximately 3–4 hours performed at room temperature (18–25 °C). Unopened reagents should be stored at 2–8 °C; reconstituted standards may be aliquoted and frozen at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve calibration integrity. Standard curves, internal QC controls, and a detailed protocol are included to facilitate reproducible inter-laboratory comparisons. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic procedures.
