Human ETF1 ELISA Kit (HUFI04388)

The ETF1 target (eukaryotic peptide chain release factor subunit 1, also known as eRF1) catalyzes stop-codon recognition and peptidyl-tRNA hydrolysis during translation termination. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of ETF1 protein in human serum or plasma, supporting studies of nonsense-mediated mRNA decay, ribosomal recycling, and translation fidelity.

Pre-coated wells and matched antibody pairs are supplied in a 96 Assays format with a visible-wavelength readout on standard microplate readers. The capture antibody is human-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity reported against analogous release factors from rodent or other species tested.
