Human Estrogen receptor beta (ESR2) ELISA Kit

Linearity was assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averaged 80% in serum (range 80-85%) and 81% in plasma (range 80-87%).
