Quantitative measurement of endogenous ESF1 protein in human biological specimens supports research into ribosome biogenesis and pre-rRNA processing pathways. The ESF1 gene encodes a nucleolar factor that associates with early pre-60S ribosomal subunits, and altered expression has been studied in the context of cell growth regulation and certain malignancies. This Assay Genie kit provides reagents for in vitro quantitative immunoassay of human ESF1, enabling researchers to track expression changes across treated and untreated cell populations.

Each kit ships with a coated microplate, detection antibody, standard, and substrate buffer required to generate a standard curve and quantify unknowns. Working reagents are typically prepared fresh, and unused strips should be stored desiccated to preserve antibody activity.
