The Human ESAM PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures Endothelial Cell-Selective Adhesion Molecule (ESAM), a tight-junction immunoglobulin superfamily glycoprotein expressed on vascular endothelium and activated platelets. Researchers studying neutrophil transmigration, sepsis-related endothelial dysfunction, and tumor angiogenesis use this quantitative plate assay to profile ESAM levels in plasma and cell culture supernatant samples.

Quantification relies on a human-specific capture antibody pre-coated onto the microplate, with streptavidin-HRP detection and TMB substrate readout. Each well receives a 100 uL sample volume, and the kit contains reagents for 96 individual determinations.
