Quantifying endoplasmic reticulum oxidoreductase 1-like beta (ERO1LB) protein in human specimens, Assay Genie's research-grade ELISA kit supports investigations into oxidative protein folding, ER stress, and the unfolded protein response. ERO1LB is an ER-resident oxidoreductase that contributes to the generation of disulfide bonds that stabilize nascent secretory and membrane proteins, a pathway central to redox homeostasis in secretory cells. Dysregulation of this folding machinery has been linked to metabolic disease, neurodegeneration, and tumor microenvironment biology, making quantitative tracking of ERO1LB expression valuable across basic and translational studies. The kit is configured for laboratory research use only and is compatible with cell culture supernatants, primary tissue lysates, and matched clinical biospecimens. Each box contains pre-coated microplate wells, calibrated standards, detection reagents, and buffers in a vial-based format ready for immediate use after equilibration. Absorbance values are captured on a standard microplate reader, and sample concentrations are interpolated from the supplied standard curve. This product is intended exclusively for research applications and is not validated for diagnostic procedures.
