Human ERO1L ELISA Kit (HUFI04386)

The Assay Genie Human ERO1L ELISA Kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring ERO1L, the endoplasmic reticulum oxidoreductase also referred to as ERO1-alpha or ERO1A. This thiol-disulfide catalyst reoxidizes protein disulfide isomerase during oxidative protein folding, and its upregulation has been documented in research on tumor hypoxia, unfolded protein response signaling, and redox homeostasis in cancer cells. Investigators use this assay to correlate ERO1L levels with disease severity in oncology studies, neurodegeneration models, and metabolic disease research, including in vitro cell culture experiments.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, matched antibody pair, chromogenic substrate, and calibrated standard sufficient for the plate format. The assay supports human liquid biopsy matrices; reconstituted standard should be aliquoted and stored frozen to minimize freeze-thaw cycles, protect the chromogenic substrate from light, and store unopened kit components refrigerated.
