Human ERI1 ELISA Kit (HUFI04405)

ERI1 (Exoribonuclease 1) is a 3'-to-5' exoribonuclease involved in mRNA turnover, poly(A) tail trimming, and histone mRNA 3'-end processing. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure ERI1 protein levels in human circulating samples for studies of RNA metabolism, immune regulation, and oncology.

Each kit provides reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations in a microwell plate format, with all buffers, standards, and detection antibody included. The assay produces an absorbance-based readout measured on a standard microplate reader. Reconstituted standards should be stored refrigerated and used within the kit's shelf life, while unused strips remain stable when kept dry and protected from light.
