Human ERCC3 ELISA Kit (HUFI04400)

Targeted at DNA repair research, this Assay Genie ELISA kit quantitatively measures human ERCC3, the XPB helicase subunit of transcription factor TFIIH. ERCC3 plays a central role in nucleotide excision repair and in opening DNA around the transcription start site for RNA polymerase II.
