Human Ephrin-A4/EFNA4 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0520)

The target analyte, ephrin-A4 (EFNA4), is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored ligand for EphA and EphB receptor tyrosine kinases. It guides axon pathfinding during neural development and modulates tumor cell invasion and angiogenic sprouting. Assay Genie's quantitative immunoassay enables researchers to measure endogenous EFNA4 in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, with a standard curve range of 15.6–1000 pg/mL and a minimum detectable dose of approximately 3 pg/mL.

Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, stop solution, and calibrated EFNA4 standards. 100 µL of sample and standard are loaded per well, and the protocol is compatible with automated plate washers. The pre-calibrated standards allow quantification across a broad concentration range, accommodating both basal and stimulated analyte release.
