A quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie that quantifies human Ephrin A3 (EFNA3) protein in research samples. EFNA3 is a GPI-anchored ligand of the EphA receptor tyrosine kinases and is implicated in cell migration, axon guidance, vascular patterning, and tumor angiogenesis, making this kit relevant to oncology, neuroscience, and developmental biology research programs.
Each kit is configured for 96 assays and includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant standards, and chromogenic substrate. The workflow captures target on the plate and pairs it with a labeled secondary reagent: pipette standards or samples into wells, incubate, wash, add detection conjugate, develop color, and read absorbance on a standard microplate reader. Reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and working solutions are kept at room temperature during the assay run.
Sample types validated for this human-reactive kit include tissue homogenates, with protocol notes covering extraction buffer selection and protease inhibitor use. Each component vial is intended for single-use preparation steps, and the product is labeled for in vitro research use only, not for clinical diagnostics.
