Human EPHB2/EPH Receptor B2 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie uses colorimetric measurement and is designed for the precise quantification of EPH Receptor B2 (EphB2) levels in human samples, delivering accurate and reproducible results for a range of research applications. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a working range of 0.625-40 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL.

Linearity was confirmed across dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 in serum (n=5) at 85-105%, 86-97%, and 86-102%; in EDTA plasma (n=5) at 83-99%, 88-98%, and 82-96%; and in heparin plasma (n=5) at 82-100%, 86-99%, and 81-93%. Recovery ranged from 92-102% (95% average) in serum, 91-97% (94% average) in EDTA plasma, and 87-100% (94% average) in heparin plasma. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
