EphA1 is the founding member of the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family, binding ephrin-A ligands on neighboring cells to drive contact-dependent signaling in development, vascular patterning, and tumor progression. This Assay Genie ELISA is supplied in microplate format with reagents sufficient for analyzing human EphA1 in conditioned cell culture supernatant and blood-derived sample fractions.
