Human EPHA1/Eph Receptor A1  ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human EPHA1 (Eph Receptor A1). The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a standard curve range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. EPHA1 is a key receptor involved in cell signalling pathways that regulate cell proliferation, migration, and adhesion, with implications in cancer, neurological disorders, and inflammatory conditions. The product is listed under the Cardiovascular research area and is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Recovery validation (n = 5) yielded 90–100% (average 95%) for serum, 85–104% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 90–101% (average 95%) for heparin plasma. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spanned 85–104% for serum, 86–105% for EDTA plasma and 90–103% for heparin plasma.
