Human EPAS1/HIF-2-alpha ELISA Kit

The double-antibody assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting cardiovascular research workflows.

Reagent components should be stored at 2–8°C, where they remain stable for 12 months. Spike-and-recovery testing yielded average recoveries of 98% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma, and 100% in heparin plasma (n=5 for each), with linearity values ranging from 80% to 105% across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8.

EPAS1 is a key transcription factor involved in the regulation of oxygen homeostasis and cellular adaptation to hypoxia.
