Eosinophil lysophospholipase CLC, also referred to as Galectin-10, Charcot-Leyden crystal protein, and Lysolecithin acylhydrolase (UniProt Q05315), is an enzyme implicated in immune responses and inflammation, playing a role in allergic reactions, asthma, and other inflammatory conditions. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spanned 83–103% for serum, 80–101% for EDTA plasma and 82–100% for heparin plasma. Recovery averaged 96% in serum, 92% in EDTA plasma and 97% in heparin plasma. Unopened components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
