Human Eosinophil cationic protein (RNASE3) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of human eosinophil cationic protein (RNase3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay recognizes natural and recombinant human eosinophil cationic protein (UniProt P12724) and offers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.184 ng/mL.

Performance characteristics include an intra-assay CV of 6.1% and an inter-assay CV of 11.2%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, with recovery averaging 109% (range 103-115%) in serum and 111% (range 105-117%) in plasma.

Eosinophil cationic protein is a secreted ribonuclease involved in eosinophil-mediated inflammation, with elevated levels associated with conditions such as asthma, allergies, and parasitic infections. The kit is intended for research use only.
