Human ENSA ELISA Kit (HUFI04420)

The Human ENSA ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of alpha-endosulfine, a cAMP-regulated phosphoprotein that antagonizes protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) activity. ENSA is widely studied for its role in mitotic entry, insulin granule exocytosis, and glucose homeostasis, making this assay valuable for diabetes investigation, oncology research, and cell-signaling studies. The assay has been validated specifically for detection of human alpha-endosulfine with minimal cross-reactivity against rodent isoforms and uses a 100 µL sample volume per well on the microplate-based workflow. Captured analyte is detected with an enzyme-conjugated secondary antibody for readout on a standard microplate reader.
