The Human ENOX1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for quantitative detection of ecto-NOX disulfide-thiol exchanger 1 (ENOX1), a cell-surface NADH oxidase involved in plasma membrane electron transport, cell proliferation, and tumor biology. ENOX1, also known as cNOX, is constitutively expressed in many transformed cell lines and contributes to hydroquinone oxidation at the outer membrane leaflet, making it a target of interest in oncology research, redox biology studies, and investigations of cell-cycle signaling. The assay uses a human-specific capture antibody and shows no significant cross-reactivity with the paralog ENOX2 (tNOX). Reagents are supplied as a complete kit in microplate format with colorimetric readout, supporting ELISA-based quantification.
