Human Engrailed Homeobox Protein 2 (EN2) ELISA Kit

An immunoassay kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative ELISA measurement of human Engrailed Homeobox Protein 2 (EN2), a homeodomain transcription factor involved in midbrain dopaminergic neuron development and cerebellar patterning. The kit is configured for 96 assays and accepts tissue homogenates along with other research sample matrices from human sources.

Typical workflow involves preparing serial dilutions of the included standard, loading samples and standards onto the pre-coated microplate, incubating with detection antibody and substrate, then reading absorbance on a standard plate reader.
