Human Endothelin-1 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie, configured in a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of human Endothelin-1. The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, fecal extracts, and other liquid samples, and is intended for research applications in cell biology.

Performance characteristics reported for this kit include a sensitivity of 0.75 pg/mL and a working range of 1.25–80 pg/mL. Linearity in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions falls within 80–103%, while recovery across the same sample types is reported as 85–105% with average recoveries between 90% and 94%. The colorimetric workflow uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm, and all components are intended to be stored at 2–8°C.
