Human Endothelial PAS domain-containing protein 1 (EPAS1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Human Endothelial PAS domain-containing protein 1 (EPAS1), also known as Hypoxia-Inducible Factor 2 Alpha (HIF-2α). It is reactive with human samples, supplied for research use only, and supports investigations into hypoxia signalling, angiogenesis and cancer biology.

The assay accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and detects natural and recombinant human EPAS1 with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 5.6% and an inter-assay CV of 10.2%. Linearity in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma is reported across multiple dilutions, and recovery is 100-112% in serum and 102-114% in plasma.
