Human Endoglin (ENG) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human Endoglin (ENG), also known as CD105 and END. The assay is intended for the measurement of Endoglin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, using a colorimetric ELISA detection method with a working range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.39ng/mL.

Endoglin is a single-pass type I membrane glycoprotein expressed on vascular endothelial cells, where it functions as a TGF-beta co-receptor in the BMP/TGF-beta signalling cascade and contributes to the regulation of angiogenesis. The kit recognises natural and recombinant human Endoglin, with reported intra-assay CV of 9.4% and inter-assay CV of 10.1%. The product is for research use only and is suited to investigations in cancer research.
