Human EMILIN1 ELISA Kit (HUFI04457)

Assay Genie's Human EMILIN1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Elastin Microfibril Interfacer 1, an extracellular matrix glycoprotein localized to elastic fibers in blood vessels, skin, and connective tissues. EMILIN1 regulates cell adhesion, proliferation, and migration through binding to integrins α4β1 and α9β1, and is studied in contexts including angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, vascular homeostasis, hypertension, Williams-Beuren syndrome, and the tumor microenvironment. The microplate format supports a 100 µL sample volume per reaction, and reagents include a 10x dilution buffer, wash buffer concentrate, detection antibody, and standard reconstitution diluent.
