ELMO2 (Engulfment and Cell Motility protein 2) is a cytoplasmic scaffolding protein that acts as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for Rac1 GTPase, mediating cytoskeletal rearrangements during cell migration and phagocytosis. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is supplied as a complete kit containing a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and assay diluent. It enables measurement of endogenous human ELMO2 levels, supporting research into leukocyte chemotaxis, integrin signaling, immune cell motility, and pathologies associated with aberrant engulfment pathways.
