Human ELL2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07946)

ELL2 (Elongation Factor for RNA Polymerase II 2) is a regulator of transcriptional elongation, with established roles in plasma cell differentiation and immunoglobulin heavy chain mRNA processing. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure ELL2 protein concentrations in human research samples, supporting studies in immunology, transcriptional regulation, and B-cell biology.

The kit is supplied with all reagents required to perform the assay, including pre-coated microplate wells, capture antibodies, standards, and wash buffer.
