The ETS-family transcription factor ELF1 contributes to T-cell receptor gene regulation, NK-cell maturation, and broader immune signaling networks in hematopoietic and immune cells. Quantitative measurement of endogenous ELF1 protein in human biospecimens supports research into lymphocyte activation states, hematopoietic lineage decisions, and transcriptional programs implicated in lymphoid malignancies.

The Assay Genie kit is supplied as a complete microplate package with breakable strip wells, matched capture and detection antibody reagents, a vial of recombinant antigen reference standard, chromogenic substrate solution, wash buffer concentrate, stop solution, and assay diluent prepared for in vitro measurement of native human ELF1. Endogenous protein in clarified liquid specimens is captured onto the precoated wells and detected through an antibody pair producing a colorimetric signal readable on a standard microplate spectrophotometer, with optical density values back-calculated against a standard curve generated from the supplied reference antigen.
