Human Electron transfer flavoprotein-ubiquinone oxidoreductase, mitochondrial (ETFDH) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human electron transfer flavoprotein-ubiquinone oxidoreductase, mitochondrial (ETFDH). The assay is reactive with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Specificity is demonstrated against natural and recombinant human ETFDH.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 30pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 3.8% and inter-assay CV is 9.1%. Linearity in serum (N=5) ranges from 99-109% at 1:2 to 81-89% at 1:16; EDTA plasma (N=5) ranges from 103-103% to 90-100%; heparin plasma (N=5) ranges from 90-100% to 92-101%. Recovery averages 98% (range 92-104%) for serum and 100% (range 94-106%) for plasma.

ETFDH accepts electrons from ETF and reduces ubiquinone, and localises to the mitochondrial inner membrane as a monomer (UniProt Q16134). The kit is intended for research use only.
