Human EIF4A3 ELISA Kit (HUFI04467)

Built on Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA workflow, this 96-well microplate assay uses a pair of matched capture and detection antibodies directed against the C-terminal region of the 47 kDa EIF4A3 protein. The reported analytical performance includes a detection range of 0.313 to 20 ng/mL and a sensitivity below 0.188 ng/mL, with intra-assay CV under 8% and inter-assay CV under 10% when serum or plasma matrices are validated against the standard curve. The kit includes a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised recombinant standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer concentrate, and plate sealer; an optional 37 °C incubator and a microplate reader capable of 450 nm measurement are required but not supplied.
