Human EIF3M ELISA Kit (HUFI04466)

The EIF3M protein is a scaffolding subunit of the eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 (eIF3) complex, the largest of the eIFs and a central hub for assembling the ribosomal pre-initiation complex on capped mRNAs. Also known as PCID1 and hfl-B5, EIF3M is increasingly studied in ribosome biogenesis, stress-granule formation, and oncology research, where altered expression has been linked to tumor proliferation and viral host-factor interactions. This quantitative ELISA from Assay Genie is configured to measure human EIF3M in research samples, supporting translational-control and cell-signaling studies.

The kit is supplied in a 96 Assays format with all reagents required to run one full microplate. Detection is read as absorbance on a standard plate reader, and the assay is intended for research use only, not for clinical diagnostics.
