Human EIF3I ELISA Kit (HUFI04462)

EIF3I (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit I, also known as EIF3S2 or TRIP-1) is a 36 kDa component of the eIF3 complex that governs cap-dependent translation initiation and modulates TGF-β signalling. This Assay Genie kit quantitatively measures EIF3I in human biofluid specimens, supporting studies of translational control, oncogenesis, and cytokine-driven cellular responses.

The microplate-based immunoassay provides a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-enzyme conjugate, substrate solution, stop reagent, and recombinant EIF3I reference standard sufficient for 96 reactions. Each well accommodates a 100 µL sample volume, and reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw degradation of the recombinant reference.
