Human EIF3G ELISA Kit (HUFI04460)

The Human EIF3G ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit G (EIF3G) in human research samples. EIF3G is a 35.6 kDa component of the eIF3 complex, which is essential for cap-dependent translation initiation and ribosome recruitment to mRNA. Investigators use this assay in studies of protein synthesis regulation, ribosomal function, and investigations of translation dysregulation in cancer and neurological disease models.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, recombinant standards, and assay buffers sufficient to run the full plate. Reagents are stored at -20°C; allow all components to reach room temperature before use, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the standard and detection antibody. The assay uses 100 µL of sample per well, and standard curves are generated in duplicate across the dynamic range. Intended for in vitro research use only, the kit is compatible with standard microplate readers and uses a human-specific capture antibody with no significant cross-reactivity reported against related initiation factors.
