Human EGF-like module-containing mucin-like hormone receptor-like 1 (EMR1) ELISA Kit

The assay is intended for research use only and shows reactivity with human samples, supporting work in immunology where EMR1 is studied as a cell surface receptor involved in immune response regulation and cell-cell interactions.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit's specificity covers natural and recombinant human EMR1 (UniProt Q14246), a multi-pass cell membrane protein with a reported molecular weight of 102 kDa. Detection is performed by colorimetric ELISA, and the reported detection range is 0.156-10ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.09ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.1% and an inter-assay CV of 7.4%.

Linearity was evaluated in serum (N=5) across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with ranges of 104-114%, 99-109%, 83-93% and 108-119%; EDTA plasma (N=5) showed 97-106%, 108-117%, 95-105% and 86-95%; heparin plasma (N=5) showed 94-103%, 95-104%, 106-115% and 92-102%. Recovery in serum averaged 90% (range 84-96%) and in plasma averaged 92% (range 86-98%).
