Human EGF Like Module Containing Mucin Like Hormone Receptor 1 (EMR1) ELISA Kit

The Human EMR1 immunoassay from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of EGF-like module-containing mucin-like hormone receptor 1, a seven-transmembrane adhesion GPCR (UniProt P14222) predominantly expressed on eosinophils and selected myeloid populations. Researchers studying allergy, asthma, parasitic infection, and chronic inflammation rely on EMR1 quantification to characterize eosinophil activation and tissue infiltration in disease models. The kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, capture antibody, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP, chromogenic substrate, wash buffer, recombinant standards, and assay diluent sufficient for 96 reactions. Standard dilutions are run on the plate to generate a calibration curve, with 100 µL of prepared sample added per well. Reconstituted standards must be kept frozen at -20°C while remaining kit components are stored refrigerated; protect the chromogenic substrate from light and equilibrate all reagents to room temperature before use.
