Human EG-VEGF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0524)

EG-VEGF (endocrine gland-derived vascular endothelial growth factor), also called prokineticin-1 (PROK1), is a secreted angiogenic signalling protein first isolated from human steroidogenic tissues including the ovary, testis, adrenal gland and placenta. Assay Genie's immunoassay provides quantitative measurement of this factor in research samples, supporting studies of reproductive biology, trophoblast invasion, decidualisation and angiogenesis in endocrine-driven tumour models.

The recommended sample volume is 100 uL per well, with reconstituted standards stored frozen at -20 degrees C and all other kit components refrigerated until first use.
