The Human EFTUD2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human EFTUD2 (also known as SNU114), a GTPase component of the spliceosomal U5 snRNP essential for pre-mRNA splicing. The microplate-based immunoassay uses a human-specific capture antibody and reports results through a TMB-based readout on a standard plate reader.

EFTUD2 mutations are linked to mandibulofacial dysostosis, Guion-Almeida type (MFDGA), making this research-use-only kit relevant to craniofacial development genetics, spliceosome biology, and biomarker discovery. Each microplate provides 96 assays with reagents pre-coated for direct sample loading; a typical run uses a sample volume of 100 uL per well.
