Human Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 1 (ENPP1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 1 (ENPP1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The double-antibody sandwich format recognizes both natural and recombinant human ENPP1.

ENPP1 generates pyrophosphate, regulates pyrophosphate levels, and functions in bone mineralization, soft tissue calcification, and modulation of insulin sensitivity. The kit is suited to research in metabolism, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular disease and bone health. Performance includes a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.04 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 7.9% and an inter-assay CV of 11.0%.

Reported linearity for serum (N=5) is 93-105% at 1:2, 104-114% at 1:4, 105-114% at 1:8 and 109-109% at 1:16; for EDTA plasma 99-109%, 102-114%, 111-120% and 99-110%; and for heparin plasma 94-102%, 97-106%, 109-120% and 105-116%. Recovery averages 99% (range 93-105%) in serum and 101% (range 95-107%) in plasma.
