Human Ecto-NOX disulfide-thiol exchanger 1 (ENOX1) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative measurement of human Ecto-NOX disulfide-thiol exchanger 1 (ENOX1). It uses a colorimetric detection method and is designed to detect ENOX1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Specificity is established for natural and recombinant human ENOX1, and the protein is reported at the cell membrane and in secreted/extracellular compartments.
