The Human ECM-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantifies Extracellular Matrix Protein 1 in human cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum using an ELISA workflow on a microplate platform.

ECM-1 is a secreted glycoprotein implicated in epidermal differentiation, angiogenesis, and bone mineralization, with altered expression linked to lipoid proteinosis, lichen sclerosus, ulcerative colitis, and several solid tumor microenvironments.
