The kit offers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a detection range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL, with absorbance read at 450 nm following a six-step protocol that includes primary incubation at 37°C.

Linearity has been demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 (n=5), with recovery averaging between 99% and 100% across these sample types. Kit components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months, with the lyophilized standard and microplate strips additionally suitable for longer-term storage at -20°C.
