Human EBI3 ELISA Kit

EBI3 is a secreted glycoprotein that associates with IL27 to form the IL-27 heterodimer, a cytokine with pro- and anti-inflammatory properties that regulates T-helper cell development, suppresses T-cell proliferation, stimulates cytotoxic T-cell activity and induces isotype switching in B-cells.
