Human EB-VCA-IgG (Epstein-barr virus capsid antigen-Immunoglobulin G) ELISA Kit (HUFI04704)

The Assay Genie kit is built around a dismountable microplate formatted as 8×12 strips pre-coated with EBV capsid antigen. Supplied components include two vials of lyophilized standard, 20 mL of sample and standard dilution buffer, 120 µL of concentrated biotinylated anti-human IgG, 10 mL of antibody dilution buffer, 120 µL of HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC) with 10 mL SABC dilution buffer, 10 mL of TMB substrate, 10 mL of stop solution, 30 mL of 25X wash buffer, and five plate sealers. Unopened kits remain stable at 4 °C for 6 months; the biotinylated antibody, SABC, and TMB substrate should additionally be protected from light. Reported precision is CV<8% intra-assay and CV<10% inter-assay. The capture antigen and detection reagent are calibrated for human anti-VCA IgG, with no significant cross-reactivity with analogous analytes, which makes the panel useful for seroprevalence surveys, vaccination-response studies, and longitudinal monitoring of EBV exposure in clinical research cohorts.
