Human EAF1 ELISA Kit (HUFI04523)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables measurement of ELL-Associated Factor 1 (EAF1) protein levels in human research specimens. EAF1 functions as a critical partner of ELL-family elongation factors within the super elongation complex, regulating RNA polymerase II-mediated transcription of developmentally important genes.

Loss of EAF1 in mouse models causes embryonic lethality with defects in cardiac and hematologic development, making this protein relevant to studies of hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis research. The kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 individual determinations using an absorbance-based detection approach in in vitro research workflows.

Each kit is supplied with pre-coated microplate wells, detection antibody, standards, and assay buffer components. Reagents should be stored according to the package insert; allow refrigerated components to equilibrate to room temperature before initiating the protocol.
