Human E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase TRIM21 (TRIM21) ELISA Kit

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the detection range is 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.178ng/mL. Intra-assay precision (Intra CV) is 6.5% and inter-assay precision (Inter CV) is 9.3%. Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions of serum (94-103%, 99-108%, 106-116%, 81-93%), EDTA plasma (94-104%, 104-115%, 105-117%, 99-110%), and heparin plasma (87-99%, 108-117%, 105-115%, 102-111%). Recovery is reported at an average of 107% (range 101-113%) for serum and 109% (range 103-115%) for plasma.

The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant human TRIM21 (UniProt P19474). TRIM21 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that functions within cullin-RING-based SCF complexes to regulate protein degradation, innate immunity, autophagy, and cell cycle progression, with dysregulation associated with autoimmune disorders, viral infections, and cancer.
