Human E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase HACE1 (HACE1) ELISA Kit

Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with detection performed by a colorimetric ELISA method. Specificity is stated for natural and recombinant human HACE1.

The manufacturer states a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.054 ng/mL. Reported precision figures include an intra-assay CV of 4.2% and an inter-assay CV of 7.6%. Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, and recovery ranges of 80–90% in serum and 80–92% in plasma are documented.
