Human E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of E3 ubiquitin protein ligase in human samples, with reactivity specific to human specimens. The double-antibody assay uses a colorimetric TMB-based workflow and is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions across serum (89–104%, 88–98%, 89–98%), EDTA plasma (88–94%, 83–100%, 80–90%) and heparin plasma (87–103%, 84–97%, 91–99%). Recovery ranges were 91–100% (serum, average 95%), 87–97% (EDTA plasma, average 92%), and 87–104% (heparin plasma, average 95%).
