Human E2F Transcription Factor 2 (E2F2) ELISA Kit

At the G1/S checkpoint of the mammalian cell cycle, E2F Transcription Factor 2 (E2F2) partners with the retinoblastoma protein (pRB) to gate expression of S-phase genes needed for DNA replication.
